2010 Ulysses Grant Dubach Scroll for Academic Achievement

The PABA chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon had an award presentation at the beginning of the semester for the Ulysses Grant Dubach Scroll for academic achievement.  The award goes to the undergraduate with the highest improvement in cumulative GPA from semester to semester.
