Reminder: Summer Retreat This Weekend!

Brothers – just a reminder that this weekend is our annual Summer Retreat Weekend and Alumni / Undergrad Softball game. Most of the events will be held on Saturday, but those 21 and over will meet at Starters Riverport on Friday Night. Friday, July 31
8pm- Starter’s Riverport “Alumni/Undergrad meet and greet”
(Overnight at SigEp House)

Saturday, August 1
11am- Brother Mentor Ritual for Alumni (Epsilons only)
12-1pm-Cookout (SigEp House)
1-2:30pm- Alumni meeting and Undergrads meeting (PPHAC)
3-6pm- Alumni/Undergrad Softball Game (Alumni loss)

Summer Retreat Weekend Is 7/31 – 8/2

This year’s Summer Retreat Weekend, which includes the annual Alumni / Undergrad Softball Game, will be held the weekend of July 31st thru August 2nd. The softball game will be held on Saturday and hopefully the Alums have improved on their game enough to keep up with the undergrads this year. Other planned events include an Epsilon Ritual for the undergrads and possibly a Burning Heart Ritual for the alums. We’re sending out invites via email and on Facebook, so please reply to one or the other if you plan to attend.

Summer Retreat: RSVP Now!

The summer retreat weekend is just over 2 weeks away and we’d like to have an accurate count as early as possible, so please click here to RSVP now! If you want a t-shirt, you need to register by Monday, 7/21. We got confirmation from Moravian that we are free to use the house for the weekend, and out-of-town brothers can even sleep over.

Activities include the annual Alumni/Undergrad Softball Game, an all member meeting where we’ll introduce the new members of your AVC and even an Epsilon Ritual. Please attend this free event if you can!
