Sigma Phi Epsilon @ Moravian College

Other than the carpet in the basement, I think some sort of living room clean up and reorganization is necessary. I would personally like to see some sort of bookshelf / filing cabinet with all important Chapter documents (ex. Bylaws, Risk Management, LROB, etc.), by doing this we will have a central location for important documents in the house for future reference. I am currently looking through Craig’s list and other outlets for new furniture for the house. The current furniture is isn’t in great condition to say the least. If anyone has any living room furniture or knows of any please let me know and I will talk business with you. I feel the appearance of our chapter house reflects greatly on our chapter, if it is in poor shape when rushes, alumni, parents, faculty, etc., visit they will have already made a judgment because of the condition of our house without knowing our brotherhood. The more pride that we take in our chapter house the better we will be viewed by all parties. We are one of the lucky chapters that have a house and I think it is time we as undergraduates set up and have a little pride in what is ours.
